[updating] Each Americana Village unit has a TV, VCR and stereo. All units are non-smoking. Studio units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have a partial bath, 1 queen bed and 1 queen sleep sofa. Studio units have a microwave (no stove), a bar-sized refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker and blender. These units are small and not recommended for four adults. OCCUPANCY LIMITS ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. 1BR units OCC: Max 5/Pri 2 have a partial bath, 1 king bed, 2 queen sleep sofas and a mini-kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator, microwave (no oven or stove) and small appliances. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 1 and 1/2 baths, 1 queen bed, 1 queen murhpy bed and 1 queen sleep sofa. It also offers a VCR, whirlpool tub in the master bedroom, microwave and dishwsher. The resort is two levels with NO elevator. Units are not air conditioned. The resort is located at an altitude of approximately 6,300 feet which may aggravate some health conditions. Ski seasons vary each year, contact the resort to verify dates. No pets are allowed. No parking is available for campers, motorhomes, trailers & boats.
